Brady recently raised eyebrows when he suggested that he would like to implant a microchip into a cow in order to shrink it.

'I really think that if we could implant a microchip in a cow and it could get all the nutrients it needed, it would be a lot smaller,' Brady said in an interview on WEEI radio.

'I think that's something that people are working on. I'm not sure if it's been done yet, but I think it would be really cool.'

Brady's comments sparked a debate on social media, with some people praising the quarterback for his apparent interest in science and others accusing him of being a 'mad scientist' who is experimenting on animals.

However, Brady has since denied that he is interested in experimenting on animals, telling reporters that he was only joking about the microchip idea.

'I was just messing around,' Brady said. 'I was just making stuff up.'

Despite Brady's denial, the idea of implanting a microchip into a cow in order to shrink it is not as far-fetched as it might seem.
